【摘要】 目的论证痰检嗜酸粒细胞阳性是否预示口服孟鲁司特治疗AECOPD具有较好的临床疗效。方法痰检嗜酸粒细胞阳性及阴性的AECOPD患者各40例,按随机原则分为治疗组及对照组,均在常规治疗的基础上加用孟鲁司特治疗10天,于治疗前后记录患者的呼吸困难程度评分、肺功能。结果治疗后两组呼吸困难程度、肺功能均较治疗前有明显改善。与对照组比较,治疗组改善程度更为显著(P<0.05)。结论痰检嗜酸粒细胞阳性预示口服孟鲁司特的临床反应较好,值得临床推广应用的预测指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To expound and prove whether the positive sputum eosinophils indicates a good clinical curative effect of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) treated with montelukast orally.Methods 40 AECOPD patients with sputum eosinophils-positive were chosen as the treatment group,and 40 AECOPD patients with sputum eosinophils-negative were selected as the control group.All patients were given the routine therapy and oral montelukast for ten days.The score of dyspnea severity and pulmonary function were measured and compared before and after the treatment.Results After the 10-day′s treatment,the improvement of pulmonary function and score of dyspnea severity was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The sputum eosinophils-positive in AECOPD patients indicates a better clinical effect for the oral application of montelukast,which is worth to be promoted as a predictive index in clinical application.更多还原
