【摘要】 目的探讨血糖控制对肺结核合并糖尿病患者化学治疗效果的影响。方法选择我院不同血糖水平初治肺结核患者65例作为研究组,血糖正常肺结核患者58例作为对照组,两组患者均给予2～3HREZ/9～10HRE方案治疗,研究组同时给予血糖控制。结果两组X线胸片及痰菌阳性率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗后研究1组痰菌阴转率、病灶吸收好转率、空洞闭合率、临床痊愈率明显高于研究2组,(P<0.05);结论血糖水平与化学治疗疗效密切相关,对于肺结核合并糖尿病患者应严格控制血糖水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficency of blood glucose control in the chemotherapy of tuberculosis patients complicated with diabetes.Methods 65 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with diabetes were selected as the study group,and 58 tuberculosis patients with normal value of blood glucose as the control group.All patients were given 2~3HREZ/9~10HRE therapy,and the study group were given diabetic treatment additionally.Results The performance X-ray and sputum positive rates showed a significant differences(P<0.05).The improvement of sputum conversion rate,lesions absorption rate,clinical curative rate was more pronounced in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of blood glucose is closely related to the conditions and chemotherapy of tuberculosis patients with diabetes.Therefore,blood glucose should be strictly controlled in those patients.更多还原
