【摘要】 目的探讨三维超声对膀胱占位性病变的诊断价值,提高对膀胱占位性病变的检出率。方法对69例膀胱占位性病变患者行经腹及经腹经直肠联合三维超声扫查,对比两种方法对膀胱占位性病变的显示率。结果经腹超声检查共发现肿瘤50例,漏诊19例,准确率为72.5%;经腹经直肠联合三维重建检查发现69例,准确率为100%,两种检查方式检出准确率比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论经腹经直肠联合三维超声多种检查手段相结合可以明显提高膀胱占位性病变的检出率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional ultrasound(3D-US) in the diagnosis of baldder neoplasms. Methods Both transabdominal ultrasound(TAUS) and TAUS,transrectal ultrasound(TRUS) combined with 3D-US were used to investigate 69 patients with bladder neoplasms. Results Fifty cases of tumor were detected correctly by TAUS,19 cases were missed diagnosis,the accurate rate was 72.5%. All 69 cases of tumor were detected correctly by 3D-US combined with TAUS and TRUS,the accurate rate was 100%. Significant difference was found in bladder neoplasms diagnosis using TRUS or TAUS, and 3D-US combined with TRUS or TAUS (P﹤0.05) . Conclusion TAUS and TRUS combined with 3D-US can improves the detectable rate of bladder neoplasm.更多还原
