【Abstract】 Network teaching is an important content of modern education.Yet the construction of multimedia teaching resource database,which is mainly based on VOD System,is the key of the construction of network teaching resources.According to the practical teaching demands in Yingkou vocational and technical college,designing a VOD system based on Real System can theoretically give an explanation and analysis on VOD system,streaming media technology and Real System.
