陕西某金矿尼尔森重选-浮选工艺研究

【摘要】 针对陕西省汉阴地区某金矿的矿石性质,进行了尼尔森重选影响因素的试验研究,确定了最优的尼尔森重选—浮选工艺条件为磨矿细度-0.074 mm占65%、给矿浓度为30%、冲洗水2.0 L/min、重力G值60 G’S,重选尾矿经一粗三精一扫的浮选流程,可获得品位67.77g/t、回收率93.19%的金精矿。

【Abstract】 In view of the properties of gold ore from a gold mine in Shanxi,experimental study on factors influencing the Nelson gravity separation of the gold ore were carried out. The optimal technological conditions of Nelson gravity separation-flotation for the ore were determined to be a grinding size of 65% powder below 0. 074 mm,a feed slurry concentration of 30%,a flushing water of 20 L / mine and gravity value of 60G’S. A gold concentrate with an Au grade of 67. 77 g / t and an Au recovery of 93.19% can obtained form the gravity separation tailing by a flotation process of one roughing,three cleaning and one scavenging.
