无机凝聚剂对一水硬铝石和高岭石的凝聚试验研究

【摘要】 采用沉降试验法考查了硫酸铝、聚合硫酸铝、聚合氯化铝、氯化铁和聚合硫酸铁等无机凝聚剂对微细粒一水硬铝石和高岭石单矿物的凝聚性能及其人工混合矿的分离。结果表明:铁系对一水硬铝石的凝聚能力和选择性均优于铝系,其中聚合硫酸铁的凝聚能力和选择性最好;铝盐类则氯化物的性能优于硫酸盐。采用碳酸钠为调整剂,聚合硫酸铁为凝聚剂,可实现人工混合矿的分离,分离后的精矿产率可达70%以上,铝硅比为9左右,可满足拜尔法生产氧化铝的原料要求。

【Abstract】 The effects of such inorganic coagulators as aluminum sulphate,poly-aluminum sulphate,poly-aluminum chloride,ferric chlorideand and poly-ferric sulphate on the coagulation performance of fine diaspore and kaolinite,as well as the separation of artificial mixture of diaspore and kaolinite were investigated by sedimentation test.The results showed that iron-based coagulators were superior to Al-based coagulators in coagulating ability and selectivity,and the coagulating ability and selectivity of poly-ferric sulphate was the best among the five coagulators.For Al-based coagulators,the chlorid were superior to the sulphate.By using sodium carbonate as regulator and poly-ferric sulphate as coagulator,the separation of the artificial mixture was achieved,and a concentrate with alumina-silica ratio of about 9 and yield of over 70% was obtained,which could meet the requirements of raw material in alumina production by Bayer process.
