综采面生产过程的混合Petri网建模与仿真

【摘要】 采煤工作面是矿井最基本的生产单元,工作面的生产状况直接影响着矿井物流系统组织方式的选择、物流效率和整个矿井生产系统的效能及矿井的年产量。通过对综采工作面生产系统的工作过程、生产工艺方式和采煤机的割煤工序流程的分析,构建了无故障状态下的采煤机工作循环过程的混合Petri网模型。并采用VisObjNet仿真软件,对其进行模拟,研究了工作面煤流的产生规律。

【Abstract】 Coal mining face is the most basic production unit for a coal mine,its production situation directly influences the organization mode selection and logistics efficiency of mine logistics system,the production efficiency and annual output of coal mine.The production process and the mode of fully-mechanized coal mining technology and the cutting coal process of coal mining machine were analyzed,and the hybrid petri net model of working cycle process of coal mining machine under conditions of no faults was constructed,and its simulation was made with simulation software VisObjNet,and the generating rule of coal flow in working face was researched.
