巯基乙酸乙酯的合成新工艺及应用研究

【摘要】 针对传统合成巯基乙酸乙酯工艺中存在的生产成本高,工艺过程难控制等问题,以异丙基黄药、氯乙酸乙酯、一乙胺为原料,在n(异丙基黄药)∶n(氯乙酸乙酯)∶n(一乙胺)=1∶0.98∶1.10,酯化温度为60℃,胺化温度为40℃条件下,采用联合法合成了巯基乙酸乙酯。浮选试验结果表明,巯基乙酸乙酯对硫化矿物的捕收性能良好,可以作为选别硫化矿物的捕收剂。

【Abstract】 Aiming at traditional high production cost,intractable production process,a new technology of synthesis for ethyl thioglycolate was put forward,using ethyl chloride,xanthate,and monoethylamine as raw material.The results showed that:with ethyl chloride,xanthate,monoethylamine dosage of 1∶ 0.98∶ 1.10,esterification temperature at 60 ℃,amination temperature at 40 ℃,ethyl thioglycolate was synthesized,which has good performance in collecting sulfide minerals,and can be used as collectors for sulfide minerals flotation.
