【摘要】 高校作为国家和地方技术创新体系的重要组成部分,迎来了前所未有的机遇,也面临着巨大的挑战。为此,对高校科技活动进行科学的评价与管理就显得十分重要,这不仅有利于高校科技创新,更有利于高校的科技平台建设、学科建设和人才培养,提升高校的综合竞争力。本文对我国高校科技评价的现状及存在的问题进行了分析,在充分了解的基础上,结合我校的实际情况,介绍了清华大学以重大成果产出为导向的科技评价体系,并就目前高校科技评价与管理上还存在的一些突出问题提出了相应的解决措施和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important part of nation and civil innovation system,universities have met unprecedented chances of development and challenges. For this reason,the scientific evaluation and management of university science and technology research is very important,because it not only favors the innovation of science and technology development,but also benefits the scientific and technological platform construction,discipline construction,and personnel training,thus enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of universities. This article,on the basis of full investigation of China’s scientific and technological evaluation status and problems,and in combination with the actual situation of our university,Tsinghua University,we presented the results of output- oriented science and technology evaluation and management system. On the understanding of the current evaluation and management of university technology,some countermeasures and suggestions to perfectthe system has been put forward.更多还原
