凡口铅锌矿选硫新工艺研究与实践

【摘要】 介绍了凡口铅锌矿选硫工艺革新的原因及高铁硫精矿的市场价值。通过实验室小型试验、半工业试验,确定了新工艺流程。工艺改造后引进了XCF和KYF机械搅拌式充气型浮选机,选硫系统的技术经济指标大幅提高,可同时获取高硫精矿和低硫精矿,创造了良好的经济效益。

【Abstract】 Reasons for renovation of sulfur beneficiation technique in Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine were explained and the economic value of high ferrous sulfur concentrate was analyzed.After laboratory batch tests and pilot test,a new technical flowsheet was determined.XCF and KYF mechanical agitation pneumatic flotation machines were introduced amid the technical renovation and the technico-economic index of sulfur-flotation system were improved significantly,as concentrates with high and low content of sulfur can be obtained concurrently,bringing in more economic profit.
