【Abstract】 Acquiring the technologies through the knowledge spillover required for enterprises to upgrade is one of the main motivations of enterprises in global value chains.Based on the model construction and analysis of knowledge accumulation,the learning disabilities caused by the embedded dependence and knowledge barriers is the major reason for low-locked in the captive GVC.Learning across the value chain,the development of competing technologies,and cross-border mergers and acquisitions are three viable path for breakthrough learning disabilities,which can get rid of the negative impact of embedded dependencies and bypass the knowledge barriers to obtain the required knowledge.更多还原
