【Abstract】 The present paper analyzes the differences of ethical issues among different sources or types of stem cells and the social circumstances of stem cell technology and clinical application.The responsibility of the community involving in the field and the perniciousness of governance absence in stem cell research and clinical application are emphasized.Finally , this paper discusses the necessity to establish a system permitting both the promotion of stem cell science and the protection of the legal rights and profits of scientists , patients , and subjects during the further development of stem cell research and application.更多还原
