【摘要】 目的:胃特丸治疗消化性溃疡效果与1年后复发进行临床观察研究。方法:将900例消化溃疡患者,采取随机分组。治疗组300例口服我院自制胃特水丸;对照Ⅰ组300例口服胃康灵胶囊(黑龙江葵花药业股份有限公司生产);对照Ⅱ组300例使用西药三联(果胶铋胶囊.甲硝唑片.氨卡西林胶囊)。结果:治疗组总有效率98.6%,一年后复发率7%;对照Ⅰ组总有效率76.4%,1年后复发率94%;对照Ⅱ组总有效率73%,1年后复发率92%;三组对照有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:胃特丸治疗消化性溃疡效果显著,复发率低,有其重要应用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe and study the effects of stomach shot on peptic ulcer and its recurrence one year later.Methods: We randomly divided Nice hundred cases of patients with chronic peptic ulcer into three groups.In treatment group,three hundred cases were treated by our self-produced stomach water pills;in Comparison I group,three hundred examples took stomach KangLing capsule orally(Heilongjiang Sunflower pharmaceutical Co.LTD.Production);in Comparison Ⅱ group,three hundred cases took the western medicine(pectin bismuth capsule Metronidazole piece.Ampicillin capsule).Results:The total effectiveness rate of treatment group reached 98.6%,and the recurrence rate one year later reached 7%;in comparison I group the total effectiveness rate came to 76.4 %,and the recurrence rate came to 94%;in comparison II group the total effectiveness rate was 76.4 %,and the recurrence rate was 92 %.The contrasts among three groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The stomach shot has a significant effect on the treatment of peptic ulcerthe with low recurrence rate,and has an important application value.更多还原
