【摘要】 针对武钢中厚板轧制线改造后成品钢板宽边出现的边部裂纹缺陷问题,采用低倍观察、金相检测以及现场实验等方法进行了分析和研究。结果显示,裂纹在连铸板坯边部产生,并在后期的轧制过程中由于板坯不均匀变形而扩展形成。通过在轧制中采取有效的预防措施,减少了边裂对宽度的影响,提高了中厚板成材率。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to determine the causes of edge cracks on finished plate after the revamp of WISCO medium plate rolling line,analysis and study have been carried out by means of macro- examination,metallographic examination and field experiment. The results show that the cracks formed on the edge of continuous cast slab and propagated due to non-uniform deformation of slab during subsequent rolling. After taking preventive measures in the process of rolling,the effect of edge crack on delivered width is reduced,and yield rate of medium plate is increased.更多还原
