串级过滤对不锈钢滤材最大穿透粒径的影响研究
The Effect of Multilayer Filtration on the Most Penetrating Particle Size of Stainless Steel Filter Material
【摘要】 利用邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)多分散气溶胶,采用扫描迁移粒径仪分析气溶胶全粒径谱的方法,研究了2μm不锈钢膜过滤材料在串级条件下的最大穿透粒径(Dmax)的有关特性。研究结果表明:滤速一定时,相同孔径的串级滤材的最大穿透粒径与单级滤材基本是一致的;各单级滤材的最大穿透粒径随级数的增加向小粒径方向移动;二级、三级串级过滤时,最大穿透粒径具有随滤速的增加向小粒径方向移动的规律。
【Abstract】 Using polydisperse DOP aerosols and The Scanning Mobility Particle Sizer,the most penetrating particle size(Dmax) of 2μm multilayer stainless steel filter material was studied.The results show that the Dmax of multilayer filter material is same as the singer layer filter material under one certain filtration velocity,the Dmax of multilayer filter material decrease as increaseing of the amount of layers.For two-ply filter and three-ply filter,the Dmax decrease as increaseing of filtration velocity.
