郑家坡铁矿隔水矿柱厚度的确定
Determination of thickness of waterproof pillar of Zhengjiapo iron mine
【摘要】 郑家坡铁矿水文地质条件复杂,矿体赋存于厚大、含水丰富的第四系下部沉积变质岩中,在开采过程中,第四系中孔隙潜水会通过矿层的顶板隔水层慢慢渗透到坑道中去,直接威胁矿山基建和生产安全.为了确定合理的隔水矿柱厚度,采用顶板厚跨比法、坍塌填塞法等方法和FLAC3D软件估算了隔水矿柱厚度,确定在风化带以下留36m厚度的原岩作为隔水矿柱隔离上部水体,当矿体延伸至风化层或第四系时,留未风化矿体作为保安矿柱,可满足矿山安全开采的要求.
【Abstract】 The hydrogeological conditions of Zhengjiapo iron mine are complex.The ore body is hosted in the lower part of the Quaternary sedimentary metamorphic,which is rich in water and thickness.In the process of exploitation,the Quaternary pore phreatic will permeate into the tunnel through the roof impermeable layer of the ledge slowly.It is a direct threat to the mine infrastructure and production safety.In order to determinate reasonable thickness of waterproof pillar,this paper adopts the roof thickness to span ratio method,collapsed packing method and other methods and the software of FLAC3D to estimate the thickness of waterproof pillar,and it determines the original rock remains 36 m thick as the waterproof pillar below the weathering zone to insulate the upper water.When the ore body extends to the regolith or the Quaternary,keep unweathered ore body as security pillar,which can meet the requirements of safety mining.
