高噪声作业区域及高危人群特性识别研究

【摘要】 为了识别企业作业环境中的高噪声作业区域和控制职业噪声的危害,本文基于噪声监测和噪声预测方法,绘制了企业作业场所的噪声分布图,并在此基础上研究了区域内噪声性听力损失的危害状况及高危人群的典型特性。结果表明:以大于80dB(A)作为划分高噪声作业区域基本涵盖了职业噪声危害的区域;实例分析显示高噪声作业区域约38.46%的作业工人患有噪声性听力损失,其中年龄为35~50岁、工龄10a以上的作业工人是语频段听力损失的高发人群。

【Abstract】 For the purpose of identifying high noise operation areas and controlling the hazard of occupational noise,this paper draws the distribution map of noise in the workplace based on noise monitoring and noise prediction,and researches and analyzes the hazard conditions of noise-induced hearing loss and the typical features of high-risk groups.The results show that areas with noise greater than 80dB(A)are main noise hazard areas.Example analysis shows that approximately 38.46% workers in the high noise operation areas suffer from noise-induced hearing loss,and,among them,those who are 35to 50years old and have the service time of more than 10years are apt to suffer the hearing loss in language band.
