基于GSM网络的煤气泄漏自动关闭系统的设计
Design of the Automatic Shut-down System of Gas Leakage Based on GSM Network
【摘要】 随着煤气管道的增多,煤气泄漏造成的事故时有发生,极大地危害着人们的生命财产安全。本文设计了一套基于GSM网络的煤气泄漏自动关闭系统,该系统不仅能够实时地监测煤气的浓度,而且还能够在发生煤气泄漏时及时启动机械部分关闭煤气管道,并通过GSM模块发送报警短信给用户,同时还能够通过控制换气扇对室内进行通风换气,当煤气浓度降低到正常值后则自动关闭换气扇。通过对煤气泄漏自动关闭系统进行调试试验,结果表明该系统具有一定的可靠性,能够完成预定的功能。
【Abstract】 Along with the increase of gas pipelines,the accidents caused by gas leakage occur frequently and greatly endanger people’s lives and properties.This paper designs an automatic shut-down system.When gas leaks,this system first automatically initiates the mechanical parts to shut down the leaking pipes and sends alarm message to the user via the GSM module,and then the system controls the ventilation fan to let fresh air in;and when gas concentration reduces to normal standard,the ventilation fan is closed.Experiment is carried out and the results prove that the system has certain degree of reliability and is able to complete the designated function.
