基于ALGOR的锤式破碎机锤头的有限元分析
FEA on hammer of hammer crusher based on ALGOR
【摘要】 利用弹性力学理论,估算出锤式破碎机的锤头所受的最大碰撞力。运用有限元方法,将UG软件建好的锤头模型导入到ALGOR软件中进行有限元分析,得到了锤式破碎机锤头内部的位移、应力和应变的分布规律。有限元分析结果表明,锤头的最大位移发生在锤头外缘的圆弧形区域,而最大应力和应变发生在锤头和销轴的铰链连接处。研究结果可为优化锤头结构、减少锤头磨损提供一定的理论参考。
【Abstract】 The theory of elasticity was applied to estimate the maximum impact of the hammer of the hammer crusher. The hammer model built in UG was imported into ALGOR to carry out FEA, and the distribution laws of displacement, strain and stress inside the hammer of the hammer crusher were obtained. FEA results showed that the maximum displacement of the hammer occurred at the arc zone of hammer periphery and the maximum stress and strain appeared at the hinge joint of the hammer and the pin roll. The results offered some theoretical references for optimizing the hammer structure and decreasing the hammer abrasion.
