【摘要】 目的:探讨口腔修复膜在前庭沟加深术中修补唇颊黏膜瓣软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法:对16例唇颊沟过浅的病例进行前庭沟加深术,用口腔修复膜修复软组织缺损,并跟踪随访患者,观察修复后的创面愈合情况。结果:经过回访所有病例前庭沟的深度均达到术前设计的要求。结论:口腔修复膜在前庭沟加深术中修补唇颊黏膜瓣的软组织缺损,能够有效地保护创面不外露,促进创面愈合,减少瘢痕形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of oral biofinm(prosthodontics film) in repair the lingual-buccal mucous membrane insufficiency in vestibular deepening. Methods: 16 cases underwent vestibular deepening surgery. Prosthodontics membrane were used for repair soft tissue defects, wound healing conditions were observed and follow up. Results: Vestibular depth in all patients met to the preoperative design requirements. Conclusion: Prosthodontics film used in vestibular extension is reliable and practicable.更多还原
