【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预对造影剂过敏反应患者状态焦虑度及康复的影响.方法选择桂林医学院附属医院2010年1月至2012年7月行CT增强扫描后发生造影剂过敏反应的患者70例,随机分为对照组35例和实验组35例.对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上加强心理及行为干预,比较2组患者恢复情况.结果实施护理干预措施后实验组的状态焦虑量表、疾病知识知晓度及满意度分别为(42.7±4.8)分:91%和97%,均明显优于对照组的(49.7±5.6)分:68%和74%,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论护理干预可以改善造影剂过敏反应患者状态焦虑情绪,提高患者的疾病认知度及满意度,有利于患者的康复及减少医患矛盾.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the state anxiety and rehabilitation of patients with allergic reaction to contrast agent.Methods 70 cases of patients with allergic reaction to contrast agent were selected from January 2010 to July 2012 in Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the routine nursing and the experimental group was given the combination of routine nursing and psychological and behavioral intervention.The recovery of patients was compared between the two groups.Results The state anxiety inventory,disease knowledge awareness and satisfaction of the experimental group was(42.7±4.8)marks,91% and 97%,respectively.They were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05),which was(49.7±5.6)marks,68% and 74%,respectively.Conclusion Nursing intervention can reduce the anxiety of patients with allergic reaction to contrast agent and increase the patient’s disease knowledge awareness and satisfaction.It is helpful for the patient’s rehabilitation and improving the conflict between the doctors and the patients.更多还原
