钛铁矿中钛-铁连续测定试验方法影响因素分析
An Analysis of Continuous Determination of Titanium and Iron in Ilmenite
【摘要】 用Na2O2分解试样,试样溶液经酸化后,隔绝空气条件下,用铝将Ti4+还原后,直接用重铬酸钾标液滴定钛;然后调节溶液近中性,用二苯胺磺酸钠做指示剂,用重铬酸钾标液滴定铁。本方法可实现钛铁矿中钛和铁的快速连测,避免了重复熔样,缩短了分析时间。但选择合适的滴定条件,使Ti3+的滴定终点明确,是应用此方法的关键。
【Abstract】 In the experiment conducted by present authors,the sample of ilmenite was decomposed and molten by sodium peroxide.Secondly,in airfree condition,the quadrivalence titanium was reduced by aluminum in the sample solution and titanium was determined directly by potassium dichromate standard.Then the sample solution was changed into neutral level to determine iron by potassium dichromate standard,with diphenylamine sulfonate as indicator.It proves that quick & continuous determination of titanium and iron in ilmenite can be realized by using the above method,and in this way repeated sample dissolving can be avoided and the analytical time can be shortened.However,what matters the most in this way is the proper titration conditions and a clear Ti3 + end point.
