【摘要】 改革开放以来,云南高等职业教育实现了跨越式发展,占据了云南高等教育的"半壁江山",快速发展的高等职业教育对高职院校师资队伍建设提出了新的更高的要求。为提高云南高职院校师资队伍的整体水平,适应云南省桥头堡建设战略和高等职业教育科学发展的需要。课题组在分析影响云南高职教师专业化发展主要因素的基础上,探讨了推进云南高职院校教师专业化发展的途径,对"造就一支师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理、充满活力和魅力的高素质专业化教师队伍"具有重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 After China carried out reform and open policy,higher vocational education of Yunnan has been achieved leap development which account for almost half of higher education of Yunnan.the construction of team teaching in higher vocational education should be demanded a higher with its rapid development.In order to improve the overall level of team teaching and meet the needs of building up the Yunnan "bridgehead" and scientific development of higher vocational education.This paper discusses some approaches to the professional development of vocational college teachers of Yunnan,based on analysis main factors which affect its development.It is of great significance for created a noble morality,business skills,reasonable structure,dynamic and attractive specialized team.更多还原
