东紫苏的化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents from Elsholtiza bodinieri Vaniot
【摘要】 从东紫苏(Elsholtiza bodinieri Vaniot)的75%丙酮水提取物中共分离得到12个化合物,根据理化性质和光谱数据分别鉴定为Massonianoside B(1)、Icariside E4(2)、1R,2R,4R-三羟基薄荷烷(1R,2R,4R-trihydroxy-menthane,3)、迷迭香酸(Rosmarinic acid,4)、迷迭香酸甲酯(Rosmarinic acid methyl ester,5)、迷迭香酸乙酯(Rosmarinic acid ethyl ester,6)、Nepetoidin B(7)、咖啡酸(Caffeic acid,8)、咖啡酸甲酯(Methyl caffeate,9)、Oresbinsin A(10)、原儿茶醛(Protocatechualdehyde,11)和3,4-二羟基-5-甲氧基苯甲醛(3,4-dihydroxy-5-methoxy-benzaldehyd,12).其中化合物1-3和5-12为首次从该属植物中分离得到.
【Abstract】 Twelve compounds are isolated from the 75% acetone-water extract of the stems of Elsholtiza bodinieri Vaniot. Based on physicochemical properties and spectroscopic evidences,their structures are then identified respectively as Massonianoside B( 1),Icariside E4( 2),1R,2R,4R-trihydroxy-menthane( 3),Rosmarinic acid( 4),Rosmarinic acid methyl ester( 5),Rosmarinic acid ethyl ester( 6),Nepetoidin B( 7),Caffeic acid( 8),Methyl caffeate( 9),Oresbinsin A( 10),Protocatechualdehyde( 11) and 3,4-dihydroxy-5- methoxybenzaldehyd( 12). Compounds 1- 3 and 5- 12 are isolated from the genus Elsholtiza for the first time.
