基于DEA线性规划和Kraljic模型的钢铁企业采购分类研究
Raw Materials Purchasing Classification in Steel Enterprise Based on DEA Linear Programming and Kraljic Model
【摘要】 针对钢铁企业采购物资种类多、采购环境复杂的特点,采用Kraljic模型从收益影响和供应风险两个维度进行物资分类,建立钢铁企业物资分类指标体系.为了避免物资分类指标综合评价过程中主观性的影响,提出一种基于数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)属性的线性规划方法,用以计算综合指标评分.以钢铁企业L为案例,得出几种常见物资的采购类别,并制定相应的采购策略以降低采购难度及采购成本.
【Abstract】 There are various kinds of raw materials in steel enterprise and the purchasing environment is complicated,so an index system for raw materials classification is established by using Kraljic model from the aspect of profit impact and supply risk.In order to avoid the subjective effect,a linear programming with data envelopment analysis character is put forward to calculate the comprehensive value of all indices.From the case of steel enterprise L,several ordinary materials are divided into four purchasing categories and corresponding purchasing strategies are made for purchasing easily and cost saving.
