【Abstract】 This paper investigates the transportation problem under fuzzy costs conditions,and use the idea of stochastic chance-constrained programming and fuzzy dependent-chance programming of uncertain programming theory,establish the transportation problem model with fuzzy costs.Additionally,designs a kind of hybrid intelligent algorithm which is the application of genetic algorithm under fuzzy environment.Finally,uses this kind of algorithm to solve a problem.更多还原
