【Abstract】 A mutant strain H12-5 with high yield of neutral protease was produced by UV and DES mutation using Asperfgillus oryzae H10 as control strain.The neutral protease of the strain was 108.5% higer than that of control strain.The neutral protease activity of the mutant strain was stable after five generation.更多还原
