【Abstract】 With the popularization of higher education,local colleges are facing the dual pressures of competition from the job market as well as key institutions,so they need to base on its own status quo,cultivate excellent innovation talents with the character of firmer professional foundation,powerful practice ability,and fitting for the needs of the community,and go out of a unique sustainable development road.In this paper,based on our "experimental class of excellent engineer",the cultivation model of applied top-notch innovative talents is explored and we hope to provide a new idea of cultivating innovative talents for the school and the other the same type of college.更多还原
