【摘要】 提高能源效率,从而降低能源消耗、控制消费总量是深化节能减排的重要举措,也是实现节能降耗目标的重要途径。本文在对我省节能降耗的趋势与潜力进行分析的基础上,运用能效分解和消费总量目标分解方法对影响我省节能降耗的主要因素以及各市"十二五"时期的节能降耗目标进行测算,并提出实现目标的模式、途径与措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Improving efficiency of energy usage enables people to reduce the expenditure of energy and control the total consumption,which is an important approach of energy conservation and emission reduction.Based on the analysis on the trend and potential of energy saving in Zhejiang Province,this paper attempts to measure the main factors affecting energy saving in Zhejiang Province,as well as the targets of energy saving in each city during the period of "12th-Five-Year",by applying the measure of energy decomposition and total consumption target decomposition.Furthermore,it also provides the models,approaches and measures to achieve the target of energy saving.更多还原
