【Abstract】 Use the data of "the old people’s old-age demand and living condition investigation in Yantai city",to analyze urban old people of old-age wishes,and with the impact factors established the Logistic regression model.The results showed that the old peoples who choose institutions have greatly increased.Age,occupation,education degree on the old people’s endowment intend to have a significant influence.Income is not the main influencing factors.更多还原
