【摘要】 农业科技区域合作是我国农业科技发展的重要组成部分,利用区域科技合作提升农业自主创新能力已成为农业科技发展的重要趋势。通过山西省的一些具体案例,阐述了农业科技区域合作在山西农业转型和产业升级换代中的重要作用,分析了山西省已具备的开展不同级别农业区域科技合作的基础和条件,并在全方位分析的基础上提出了山西省农业科技区域合作的模式及相关对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional cooperation of agricultural science and technology is an important component of China’s agricultural sci-tech development, and promoting agricultural independent innovation ability by using regional sci-tech cooperation has become an important trend of agricultural sci-tech development. Through some concrete cases of Shanxi Province, this paper expounds the important functions of regional cooperation of agricultural science and technology in Shanxi’s agricultural transition and industrial upgrading, analyzes some bases and conditions that Shanxi Provincer has possessed for developing agricultural sci-tech regional cooperation at different levels, and based on comprehensive analysis, puts forward the modes of and relevant countermeasures for Shanxi’s agricultural sci-tech regional cooperation.更多还原
