【Abstract】 University library bears an important responsibility for the dissemination of advanced culture.Taking the labor union of the library of Shanghai University of Engineering Sciences(SUES)as an example,and starting from aspects of basic-level labor union’s value concept,function construction and cadre cultivation,this paper probes into some concrete measures for arousing the vitality of basic-level labor union and thus promoting the dissemination of advanced culture.更多还原
