【Abstract】 This paper points out that the key to solve the bottleneck for dynamic mechanism and emergence mechanism is to organize a set of induction mechanism. Also this paper researches on the selforganizing characteristic and dynamic mechanism and process in cluster innovation of strategic emerging industries,and refers the key induction factors as strong industry demand,optimistic attractive returns,complete structure and elements for innovation,highly active system arrangement,and continually improving innovation quality and level of enterprises in the clusters.更多还原
