【摘要】 我国软科学事业发展取得较大进步,在我国经济社会发展决策咨询过程中发挥了重要的决策支撑服务作用,但经过近26多年的实践发展,软科学理论体系建设仍相对滞后,影响和制约软科学健康发展。从软科学的起源、内涵和功能作用出发,以软科学处于科学学、系统科学、决策科学交叉领域为基点构建我国软科学元理论体系的基本框架,期望为我国软科学主要基础理论体系建设抛砖引玉。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is the great progress in soft science in China. It plays an increasingly important role in supporting key decision during the development of economy and society. After nearly 26 years’ practice and development,the theoretical foundation of soft science is still lagging behind,which has become the bottleneck for its further development. The origin, connotation and function are studied,considering the crossing among science of science,system science and decision science,and the hierarchy on meta- theory of soft science is built. Science of science is the core foundation; system science is the methodology; decision science is the product style. The research is just the exploration for soft science study.更多还原
