【摘要】 从知识管理视角出发,对农户与农业龙头企业间的技术知识转移现象进行研究,探寻农业技术知识特性对农业龙头企业与农户间技术知识转移绩效产生的影响。通过大规模调查法获取数据并进行回归分析,发现农业技术知识内隐性对龙头企业与农户间技术知识转移绩效存在负向影响。农业技术知识的内隐性越强,农业龙头企业与农户间技术知识转移绩效越差,反之越好;而农业技术知识的复杂性对农业龙头企业与农户间技术知识转移绩效没有显著影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper is to explore the impact of the nature of agricultural knowledge on the performance of knowledge transfer between farmers and enterprises. The survey and literature research methodology are employed. The regression analysis results show that the tacitness of agricultural knowledge impacts the performance of knowledge transfer between farmers and enterprises negatively. The complexity of agricultural knowledge does not have significant impact on the performance of knowledge transfer between farmers and enterprises.更多还原
