【Abstract】 The shift and escalation of manufacturing industry in Dali may have three path options. The first path means to reform and hoist the traditional competitive advantage industries( aluminum and underwear industry for instance) through enhancing product value-adding,cutting costs,innovating and developing headquarter economy. The second path means to strongly develop productive service industry. And the third path means to foster and develop new and rising industries. But whatever option is chosen,it needs both the interplay between the government and the enterprises. Especially,the space and time planning,the industry development and support policy,the establishment and reinforcement of public service platform,the planning and consummation of city infrastructure and the introduction and grow of new and rising industries by the government are particularly important for shifting and escalating the manufacturing industry in Dali.更多还原
