【Abstract】 The paper uses competitive advantage theory to amend the GEM model of industrial competitiveness and comprehensively analyzes the impact competitive factors of service outsourcing industry based on multi- step fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Then it selects the impact indicators of service outsourcing industry to improve the index system. Based on the research of the service outsourcing industry of Suzhou,the paper takes a comprehensive comparison between Suzhou and other 21 cities of service outsourcing industry and the developed foreign areas. The purpose is to get a comprehensive and clear understanding of status systematic analysis of competitive advantages and disadvantages,look for the measures to promote the development of Suzhou and service outsourcing industry,and provide some theoretical guidance to enhance the competitiveness of Suzhou and Chinese services outsourcing industry.更多还原
