【摘要】 研究在知识溢出过程中知识生产投入与产出之间存在的时间滞后性。分别研究了政府、高校、企业R&D溢出的时滞性,国外投资、引进技术的时滞性,以及不同类型知识溢出对区域经济增长的时滞影响。总结我国知识溢出时滞性研究的现状,分析知识溢出时滞性存在的原因,并归纳前人在该领域研究中使用的模型以及测量滞后期的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies the time-lag between input and output of knowledge production in the process of knowledge spillovers.From the view of time-lag in government,universities,enterprise R&D spillover,foreign investment,technology introduction,as well as the view of different types of knowledge’time-lag impact on the regional economic growth,it summarizes the current situation of time-lag in knowledge spillovers research in China,analyzes the reason that results in the existence of the time-lag in knowledge spillovers,and sums up the models that former researchers used and methods of measuring time-lag in this field.更多还原
