【摘要】 阐述科技档案编研的意义,以1989—2011年间科技档案编研产出为基础,就科技情报机构科技档案编研现状进行分析,研究得出:近来科技档案编研学著作出版缓慢;学术论文的质量略显不足;国家级基金项目缺乏对科技档案编研立项的关注及研究;科技情报机构科技档案编研现状不尽人意。针对完善基层科技档案管理办法、加强科技档案编研工作监督及加强科技档案编研实践和理论研究方面提出了积极的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper discusses the meanings of compiling and statistics.It analyses the compiling output in 1989-2011.The present status of scientific and technological information institutions compiling are as follows: recent sci-tech archives compiling about publishing is developing slowly,academic quality is slightly low,national fund lacks the attention and research on archives compiling.The paper proposes some suggestions about the roll compilation work in science and technology supervision and guidance.更多还原
