【摘要】 为了建立适合软科学研究机构评估的指标体系,以更好地促进软科学的发展,以评估指标体系构建的决策应用导向理念为主线开展研究。首先追溯软科学的诞生及发展历史,探讨软科学的使命和宗旨,继而谈及当前软科学发展存在的主要问题,之后阐述新时期软科学研究的思路及原则,接着通过软科学管理与研究两个纬度进行了构建指标体系的理论分析,最后回归主题构建山东省软科学研究机构评估指标体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The scientific evaluation index needs to be set in order to make the soft science to get much more progress.The philosophy and idea of soft science is decision oriented.The index must be researched with this right theory.First the source and development of soft science are reviewed.The vision and mission of soft science is represented.The critical problems about soft science development are further studied.So the new way and rules are made.Based on these,the index is built from the two views of both management and academy of soft science.In the end,the index of Shandong province is showed.It is thought to get some useful knowledge by drawing on the research for soft science management.更多还原
