【摘要】 针对目前社会经济绿色化前提下促进低碳化和信息化的战略目标,着重研究此"三化"齐头并进过程中注意避免相互掣肘,力争相互协调、相得益彰、优势互补,避短扬长。首先阐述此"三化"之间存在着并不协调甚至互相窒碍的客观现实,从而预警在低碳-绿色经济纵深发展和信息化-数字化-智慧化过程中切勿盲目跟进,而应了解任一设施或服务全生命周期的碳耗,具体分析其碳足迹,并在此基础上提出融合"三化"的系统工程构想和正确的思考方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the strategic target of informatizationt of the current social economic greenization premise in promoting low carbonization,the paper focuses on the research of the "three transform" in the process of hand in hand to avoid constraints and strive to coordinate and bring out the best of each other.In order to understand any facilities or to serve the entire life cycle of carbon consumption,it is necessary to give a specific analysis on carbon footprint.Based on this,the paper puts forward the conception of "three transform" system and the direction of thinking.更多还原
