【摘要】 分析制造企业技术创新可能面临的多种障碍因素,构建由创新动力和4个创新障碍因素构成的制造企业技术创新障碍因素的五维模型。采用结构方程模型实证研究方法,论证资金因素、人才与信息因素、创新管理因素、法规与政策因素是制造企业技术创新障碍的主要因素,据此提出大力发展生产性服务业、加强企业自身创新管理、提供制造企业外界的非营利性支持三点对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article analyzes the various obstacle factors of technological innovation faced by manufacturing companies,and builds a five-dimensional model constituted by the innovative power and four innovation barriers.Using empirical research methods of structural equation model,the author demonstrates the major obstacles in manufacturing enterprises’ technological innovation of financial,talent and information,innovation and management,regulatory and policy factors,and accordingly puts forward three countermeasures of vigorously developing the productive services,strengthening their own innovation management and providing non-profit environmental support.更多还原
