【摘要】 科技型中小企业融资问题是企业生存发展的重要问题。科技型中小企业融资困难是世界各国都面临的共同难题,许多发达国家都努力寻求解决科技型中小企业融资困难的办法并积累了丰富经验。从政府力量主导以及金融机构主导两个方面分析美德日三国科技型中小企业融资的服务体系,借鉴其成功经验,针对我国现实情况,提出改善政策保障体系、建立信用担保体系、健全中介组织服务体系、完善创业投资体系的建议,对解决我国科技型中小企业融资难问题有现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The financing problem of small-and-medium-sized hi-tech enterprises is the key point to the enterprises’ survival and development,which is a dilemma world-wild.Many developed countries have been searching for countermeasures and have accumulated rich experience.The essay firstly analyses the financing support systems of the U.S.A,Germany and Japan from the aspects of government dominant and finance institution dominant.Then the essay puts forward suggestions on improving the policy support system,constructing the credit system,improving the intermediary service system and perfecting the investing system,which have realistic value for solving the financing difficulties of of China ’s small-and-medium-sized hi-tech enterprises.更多还原
