【摘要】 信息孤岛、部门专有、协调机制等问题一直是区域的空间信息综合应用和深入推广急需解决的问题,结合兵团的特殊管理体制和空间服务现状,从空间信息服务本身的模式、机制入手,分析当前空间信息服务模式发展趋势及优缺点;以兵团基础数据与专业数据服务业务需求出发,构建空间信息服务开发平台框架,并在此基础上提出搭建业务应用服务的新模式以及在此模式基础上的服务协调机制,从而提供一个可业务化运行的适应兵团现状的空间信息服务体系。更多还原
