【摘要】 科技创新,人才为本。探讨创新型人才的内涵与界定,对创新型人才问题的理论研究以及组织中创新型人才的保留和激励都有着非常重要的意义。从创新和人才概念入手,从素质、价值和综合三个角度分析创新型人才的内涵,在此基础上提出从素质、创新绩效和创新活动范围三个角度来界定创新型人才的方法,并指出这三种方法的适用范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technological innovation depends on talents.The paper discusses the content and definition of innovative talents, which has important significance of the empirical study on innovative talents’problems and the organizational practice of innovative talents’retention and motivation.The paper analyses the content of innovative talents from three perspectives including competence,value and composite.Then,the paper proposes the methods to define the innovative talents from competence,innovation performance and scope of innovation.Moreover,it indicates the application of three methods.更多还原
