【摘要】 目的:探讨最适于医学影像专业诊断学的实习教学模式。方法:将本校2008级医学影像专业120名本科学生随机分为A、B两个小组,每组60人,其中A组为多媒体加影像照片组,B组在多媒体加影像照片的基础上结合病例进行分析讨论。分别跟随带教老师实习,每结束一个系统的实习后进行6次影像理论和阅读影像照片的能力测试,并在学期末进行1次问卷调查和1次综合测评。结果:B组的能力测试成绩明显高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示B组队实习教学的满意程度、对影像实习的兴趣均高于A组,在期末的综合测评中B组的成绩也显著高于A组。结论:在多媒体加影像照片的基础上结合病例进行分析讨论的实习教学模式对学生实践能力的提升有很大帮助,是最适于医学影像专业诊断学的实习教学模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to explore the most suitable for medical imaging diagnostics internship teaching model.Methods: our school level 2008 medical imaging profession 120 undergraduate students were randomly divided into A,B two groups,each group has 60 people,including for multimedia and video photo groups,group A group B in multimedia video pictures combined with case analysis on the basis of the discussion.Follow teacher teaching practice respectively,each after a system of internship for 6 times image theory and reading image photos of ability tests,and the end of the semester 1 questionnaire investigation and a comprehensive assessment.Results:the ability test score of group B was obviously higher than that of group A,the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05).Questionnaire survey results showed that B team practice teaching,satisfaction with the degree of interest in the image practice were higher than group A,and the group B in the final comprehensive evaluation of the results was also significantly higher than group A.Conclusion: on the basis of multimedia and video pictures combined with case analysis to discuss the practice teaching mode is of great help to improve students’ practical abilities,which is the most suitable for medical imaging diagnostics internship teaching model.更多还原
