高校数学专业本科生就业结构优化的探索与实践——以上海交通大学数学系为例
Exploration and Practice on Employment Structure Optimization of Mathematics Major Graduates——Taking School of Mathematics in Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an Example
【摘要】 随着经济全球化进程的加快,国际化人才的培养成为高等院校的首要任务。只追求高就业率已不满足社会发展的需求。在国际化的背景下,如何实现学科专业就业结构优化受到了广泛关注。本文以上海交通大学数学系为例,介绍了理科院系数学本科专业毕业生的就业情况,阐释了数学系优化就业结构的几项举措,并结合工作实际,提出了若干思考与展望。
【Abstract】 With the acceleration of economic globalization,the primary task of universities is training international talents.The pursuit merely of a high employment rate doesn’t meet the needs of social development.Under the background of internationalization,how to achieve the optimization of employment structure for different disciplines has received widespread attention.Based on the situation of the department of mathematics of Shanghai Jiao Tong University,this paper describes the employment situation of undergraduates,illustrates several measures to optimize the structure of employment,and also puts forward some suggestions and prospects combined with practical work.
