应用快速成型制造技术制作个体化桩核的实验研究
Exploration on manufacturing individualized post and core with RPM technique
【摘要】 目的:探讨应用快速成型制造(rapid prototyping and manufacturing,RPM)技术制作个体化桩核的可行性,以期为临床应用奠定基础。方法:以CT影像为数据源,通过Mimics10.0软件处理,建立残冠/残根数字模型;通过Geomagic 9.0软件构建桩核体三维数字模型(库);应用反求软件得到残冠/残根点云数据,对桩核体及根部进行曲面设计,借助CAD软件对曲面模型进行实体化操作及工艺结构设计,将其轮廓数据转换为快速成型系统中的轮廓数据,快速成型制造出个体化桩核,通过测量桩核的边缘浮出量和适合性检测其可行性。结果:RPM制作的所有桩核均可精密就位,效果满意。制作桩核边缘浮出量(45.95±8.09)μm;适合性:在根管口处分别为(79.33±9.69)μm,在根管中部分别为(80.68±10.74)μm,在根管底部分别为(82.05±11.46)μm。结论:RPM技术可用于制作个体化桩核的设计和制造,为个体化修复开辟了新的途径,具有良好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of designing and fabricating individualized post and core with RPM technique.Methods: 3-D digital model of residual root and residual crown was established with CT scan data in software Mimics.3-D digital model of Post and core was also established with CT scan data in software Geomagics.Individualized post and core were designed and manufactured with multi-step procedure of Reverse Engineering,Rapid Prototyping and casting.Results: The individualized posts and cores fabricated by this method were successfully inserted to teeth in vitro and obtained satisfactory results.The marginal fitness of the post and core formed by RPM method was(45.95±8.09)μm.The internal fitness of the post and core made by RPM method was good.The gap between the post and the die was(79.33± 9.69)μm by RPM method at the root canal orifice,80.68±10.74μm at the middle area of root canal,82.05±11.46μm at the bottom area.Conclusion: Reverse Engineering combining with Rapid Prototyping could accomplish the design and manufacturing of individualized post and core for the prosthetic treatment of residual root and residual crown,which may have a promising prospect.
