【摘要】 在我国大部分城市环境质量逐渐改善的同时,农村环境问题日益突出,形势十分严峻,传统的环境管理模式无法有效遏制农村的环境恶化。改善农村环境社区治理,应以农村社区为基本单元,利用村民自治的制度资源,实现政府引导、市场激励、社区自治、农民参与,凝聚各方力量,有效解决农村环境问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 When environmental quality in major cities gradually improved,the rural environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.The situation of rural envionment is very grim,but the traditional environmental management mode can not effectively curb the deterioration of the environment in rural areas.Rural environmental community governance in rural community as a basic unit,can make use of the system resource,and can condense all strength including governmental guiding,market incentive,community autonomy,farmers participation,to effectively solve environmental problems in rural areas.更多还原
