【摘要】 目的观察小牛血清去蛋白注射液对于高龄脑梗死患者的运动功能和智能康复的临床疗效及安全性。方法对收治的82例高龄脑梗死患者随机分组。治疗组38例,使用常规治疗的同时联合给予小牛血清去蛋白注射液;对照组44例,使用常规治疗联合脑蛋白水解物粉针。分别在入院第1、14天进行脑卒中患者临床NIHSS和MMSE评分,比较两组的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗2 w后,两组患者的神经功能缺损评分下降,治疗组较对照组评分下降更明显(P<0.05);智能评分有所提高,治疗组智能康复较明显(P<0.05);治疗组在高龄急性脑梗死患者的治疗总有效率为92.11%,明显高于对照组;治疗过程中无不良反应发生。结论小牛血清去蛋白注射液在高龄脑梗死患者的治疗中,疗效确切,在智能康复方面优势明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of deproteinised calf blood serum injection on motor function and intelligent rehabilitation in elderly cerebral infarction patients.Methods 82 patients of elderly cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The 38 cases in the treatment group were treated with conventional therapy plus deproteinised calf blood serum injection,the 44 cases in the control group were treated with conventional therapy plus cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection.The NIHSS and MMSE of both groups were scored on the 1st and the 14th day to compare the therapeutic effects and untoward effect.Result After two weeks of treatment,NIHSS as well as MMSE of both groups decreased,and the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05),the curative efficiency of treatment group in elderly cerebral infarction was 92.11%,which is obviously higher than the control group,there was no untoward effect in the therapeutic process.Conclusion The curative effect of deproteinised calf blood serum injection on the elderly cerebral infarction patients is pronounced,with obvious advantages in intelligent rehabilitation.更多还原
